La comparsa dei brufoli, cosa c'è di peggiore?
Uno dei problemi più frequenti per le ragazze (ma anche per i ragazzi), specialmente nel periodo della pubertà, sono i brufoli ed i punti neri..
Ecco alcuni semplici consigli per combattere e prevenire l'acne.
1. Perchè si formano i brufoli?
Ci possono essere tre fattori principali, tre cause che portano alla comparsa dell'acne;
1. Puo' darsi che nella zona dove si forma il brufolo, aumenti la cheratina, che diventa più densa e di conseguenza va ad ostruire i pori, così, il sebo non esce più dalla pelle, e si forma il brufolo.
2. Può essere che nella zona dove si forma il brufolo ci sia un'infezione batterica (consiglio in questo caso di rivolgersi ad un dermatologo).
3. Può essere un problema di androgeni, ormonale (anche in questo caso è meglio rivolgersi ad un dermatologo).
2. Come fare per schiarire o eliminare le macchie lasciate dai brufoli?
Tranquille, le macchie si schiariscono con il tempo, quello che i dermatologi consigliano è di limitare le cose 'Fai da te' perchè si potrebbe peggiorare la situazione e rivolgersi, appunto, ad uno specialista.
3. Cosa è vietato fare quando spunta un brufolo per non peggiorare la situazione?
Per prima cosa è assolutamente vietato spremerli, perchè è molto probabile andare ad infettare ancora di più la pelle; fare anche attenzione ai centri estetici, perchè non sempre le condizioni sono le migliori, e possono anche nascere delle piccole infezioni a causa della "spremitura" del brufolo.

4. Come eliminare e prevenire i punti neri?
Qui purtroppo non si possono fare 'magie' , però la cosa migliore è avere costanza nell'eseguire una buona e corretta pulizia del viso (per esempio, appena si arriva a casa è consigliato struccarsi subito, togliere bene il fondotinta per lasciar respirare la pelle), nei mesi estivi, evitare il trucco in spiaggia perchè potrebbe ostruire i pori e di conseguenza non far respirare la pelle; molto consigliato è anche fare sempre uno scrub esfoliante per il viso una o due volte alla settimana, in modo da togliere le impurità presenti sulla pelle. Ovviamente i punti neri non spariscono subito, ma pian piano, vedrete che se seguirete questi semplici consigli, la vostra pelle sarà molto più bella e più pulita.
